1. Responsible for establishing the Piramal brand and managing the sales and business development activities for the small ticket Personal Loan segment 2. Responsible for overall sales and cross-sell targets through building and development of the internal team and external channels (micro-connectors, micro-campaigns, and centralized leads) and also maintaining adherence to customer satisfaction and profitability metrics 3. Monitor the leads and check for the quality of sourcing and ensure quick conversion of prospects as per the targets set 4. Implement and engage in-branch promotion activities for establishing the brand and increasing market coverage Roles and Responsibilities 5. The incumbent is required to have a good knowledge and understanding of the Personal loan market 6. Responsible for customer management including all the customer-related queries, issues, and grievances and focusing on resolving them at the earliest along with other cross-functional teams in the branch 7. Ensure that all customer documentation is maintained in the prescribed format and transfer of documents is done safely and seamlessly 8. Provide market feedback on product offerings, channels, and processes to the senior levels to improve the same 9. Deploy and ensure adherence by the team to effective controls and processes to ensure risks are measured, monitored, and controlled on an ongoing basis 10. Collaborate and provide requisite data for risk management and internal audit processes 11. Responsible for knowing and complying with all the legal requirements as per the law of the land 12. Support collections team in assessing delinquency 13. Ability to hire and build a DST team and provide support to HR in the hiring process 14. Responsible for payment of channel partners (connectors) timely 15. Ensure DST and channel partners (connector) development through the right training initiatives 16. Model and foster behaviors that support the organization’s values and culture creating an atmosphere of trust, cooperation, accountability, and dedication to the organization 17. Monitor individual & team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct aberrations 18. Ensuring that the engagement and motivation levels are high in team 19. Willingness to adapt to digital tools and processes
Desired Candidate Profile • 4 – 7 years of experience in sales preferably in NBFC • Minimum 3 years of team handling experience in the Personal Loans segment, preferably in small ticket size • Ability to liaison & follow up with external and internal stakeholders • Experience of recruiting and training of sales team and channel partners • Good written & verbal communication skills • Ability to work under tight deadlines • Knowledge and understanding of Personal Loan market • Knowledge of compliance regulations as issued by NHB, RBI, etc.
